Overview
Deer Hunter 2018 is a live mobile hunting game built around progression depth and event-driven engagement. As the first UX designer in the studio, I helped embed UX into the product roadmap while addressing onboarding drop-off and veteran player stagnation.

As the studio’s first UX, I established UX integration within the roadmap pipeline, partnering closely with product and engineering to ensure experience decisions were aligned with engagement metrics and live performance.
As the only UX designer in the studio, I was also collaboratiing with other products within the studio along with Deer Hunter’s core team.
